Fees and Conditions

Two-day clinics with small-group sessions are arranged according to the experience of horse and rider. Group sessions last approximately 2 hours each day.

Because these clinics fill quickly, we encourage you to send your application early.

  • Auditors always welcome free of charge
  • Parking for auditors and riders is available just inside the farm entrance. Riders in cross-country clinics can warm up on the X-C course and should not use the sand ring for cross-country clinic warm-up
  • Where noted, horse and rider must have completed at least one USEA-recognized horse trial at the registered level
  • Limited stabling is available and some may be located at nearby barns. Stabling is $20 per night. Please bring your own shavings and leave a clean stall.
  • Refunds, minus $25 handling fee, are given if the space can be filled from a waiting list
  • Bottled water and morning coffee are available for riders, grooms, and helpers
  • ASTM-approved safety helmets, protective vests (X-C only), and a medical armband are required for all riders
